Gift Vouchers are valid for a period of 3 years from date of purchase, and bookings must be made within this period. Gift Vouchers are for one use only.

All goods and services provided are strictly subject to availability. Reservations using a gift voucher must be made online via our website. The voucher number must be entered in the discount code section on the checkout page along with payment details at the time of booking. 

Acceptance of the gift voucher entered on a booking is subject to final verification by us upon receipt of the booking. Vouchers can only be used if the total order amount is equal to or greater than the voucher amount. The original Gift Voucher must be presented to us upon delivery.

Should the expiry date lapse, for a small administration fee; an extension can be made (this must be done prior to the expiry date).

Gift Vouchers may not be redeemed for cash. No credit or change will be given on the unused portion of the Voucher.

Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or discounts.

Gift Vouchers are not replaceable if lost, stolen or destroyed, photocopied or altered in any way and will not be accepted or be otherwise redeemable.

Terms are void where prohibited by law. Terms and Conditions of the Voucher are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
