For Equipment Hire when is the latest I can order?

It depends on where you are located - we suggest ordering as far in advance as possible. Visit our delivery options page for details specific to your area.

Will your equipment fit me?

Our range of gear is specially designed to be one size fits all. We have accommodated people ranging from 155cm/ 50kg up to 195cm/110kg.

I can only do one trip, which is the best?

Everyone is different - our favourite is the Ruined Castle (Blue Mountains). For a shorter more relaxed hike we suggest the Hidden Pools Trail (Royal National Park).

I want to have my hire equipment delivered in one place and return in another. Is that possible?

Yes! We have a section in our checkout to add a different return address.

I won’t be there at the delivery time, can you leave it somewhere I nominate?

Yes, as a default items are left on delivery. If you want someone to sign for it please let us know.
