Delivery & Pickup Details

We have a 100% on time delivery record! All equipment will arrive at you door before your rental period, after you’re done simply leave it at your door or reception in the supplied return packaging and we’ll pick it all up.

We deliver direct to your door Queensland wide. To ensure availability we suggest ordering 5 working days before your delivery for South East Queensland including Brisbane, Sunshine Coast & Gold Coast. If you are booking within that timeframe we should still be able to service your order but suggest reaching out to us first. For other areas we would suggest booking further in advance, e.g. up to 10 working days for Cape York. If your order is within that time frame please contact us prior to ordering. Please note: regional area surcharges apply for Sunshine Coast & Gold Coast.
